Porter Robinson Announces ‘Shelter: The Animation’

Musical artist and lover all things manga and anime from Japan, Porter Robinson, has announced his debut anime feature will be coming out Tuesday, October 18.

This is no surprise as he has been known to incorporate his love for Japanese culture into the visuals of his live shows from a variety of anime and video games, as well as the use of the Japanese vocal program Vocaloids.

A-1 Pictures (the producers of popular anime series such as Fairy Tail, Sword Art Online, Kuroshitsuji, Ao no Exorcist) are working with Porter as he makes his writing and executive production debut with “Shelter: The Animation.”

With no details besides film art and a release date, all of us fans can only look forward to experiencing the wonderful creation Porter has in store for us later this month.
