“Jujutsu Kaisen”

“Jujutsu Kaisen” is a supernatural anime streaming on Hulu and Netflix. The story follows Yuji Itadori, a kind-hearted slacker with super strength who swallows a cursed finger to save a friend, becoming the host of the powerful curse demon Ryomen Sukuna. Season one features 24 episodes on Hulu, all dubbed and subbed. Yuji’s voice actors are Junya Enoki (Japanese) and Adam McArthur (English), while the cast includes Robbie Daymond and Yūichi Nakamura as Megumi Fushiguro, and Kaiji Tang and Yoshimasa Hosoya as Satoru Gojo. The series mixes exorcisms, sorcerer training, and intense battles in a deadly game between humans and curses.

You can stream “Chainsaw Man” on Crunchyroll and Hulu. This dark action hit exploded online like a viral flash meme. It follows Denji, a broke teenager with a chainsaw devil dog, who literally becomes a chainsaw-wielding devil hunter after a brutal betrayal. The first season runs 24 episodes. Kikunosuke Toya voices Denji in Japanese, while Zach Aguilar brings his gruff energy to the English dub. Makima’s voice actors are Tomori Kusunoki (Japanese) and Jamie Marchi (English).

“Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba”

In “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba,” demons stalk the forests, and orphaned boy Tanjiro Kamado rises to avenge his family and save his sister Nezuko, who turned into a demon during the attack. The hit series runs for 52 episodes on Hulu and is also available on Crunchyroll and Netflix.

“Castlevania”

For something a bit different, Netflix’s “Castlevania” is an English-language anime-inspired series based on the classic video games. This gothic fantasy unfolds across four seasons, totaling about 24 episodes. Vampire hunter Trevor Belmont fights to save the city besieged by monsters unleashed by Dracula himself. The animation, produced in Japan by Studio MAPPA, delivers rich visuals and a moody gothic atmosphere that matches its dark storyline.

“One-Punch Man”

The show currently spans two seasons, with 24 episodes total, and a highly anticipated third season set for 2025.
