Spooky season for children’s animation kicks off with the second season of The Sisters Grimm next month, which takes the Grimm sisters to school as they continue to look for answers and clues to their parents’ disappearance. The series is definitely tickling my childhood love of A Series of Unfortunate Events.

Damn, Steven Yeun dropping “some campaign problems are so ugly, that the national party won’t even touch them.” With what looks like Ben Affleck’s character standing in the middle of decimated rubble, I wonder how much of this film can be an allegory for real life politics.

Even more animation this month with the second season of Haunted Hotel. Expect new ghosts, new employees, and of course new evils to be discovered! I can’t wait for more of my favorite High Prince of the Black Realm and former gatekeeper of Hell, Abaddon.
